For neutral packages, we have no requirement about minimum order quantity. Considering packing specifications vary with different models, we suggest customer place a order of products which can be perfectly packed to one full/whole carton.
We do not stock finished product in our factory, we will order the material and arrange production after receipt customer’s order, so an early order plan would be appreciated. For the hot selling models, we will have material stock which can support fast production and quick delivery.
We are sorry that we fail to provide free samples for new customers, new customers should pay for the samples. We can fund the sample fees to you in your first official order.

We offer laser logo printing service, pad printing service, customized sticker, customized cable length, customized packing color box and outer carton for our standard products. We also accept and prefer OEM&ODM projects.

We have encountered customer complaint about the water leakage, powder spraying corrosion, led dies ect… We pay great attention to the customer’s complaint and will immediately find out the reason, timely correct and improve, take effective measures to prevent the same problem recurred.
Two main problems: Led chip failure and lights go into water. We have kept defective products rate under 0.02% for the past 5 years.
Yes, we did all severe testings before SOP to make sure the product reliability. During SOP, we do 100% vacuum test , 100% waterproof test and 100% aging test, triple guarantee for all our lights.
Our products have 1 year warranty. Please contact our sales team to acquire a customer complaint sheet, fill in the required information and provide the according picture/video to fulfill the claim procedure. Then new lights will be shipped in customer’s next order shipment.
Normally our pricing and profit mechanism for all our led light products are based on 12 months warranty. Prolong warranty (over 12months)will cost more. Feel free to contact our sales team to inquire the prices.
